A regional licensed social worker who can provide guidance, advice, and tips/tricks on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working in a fast-paced emergency and specialty care environment.

Answers 911 emergency phones lines and non-emergency lines; obtains necessary information about emergencies or complaints; determines what Fire or Police equipment is needed on the scene; contacts police officers and fire personnel in the field via two-way radio and relays emergency information and pertinent data.

Perform with clinician supervision and assist clinicians in necessary age appropriate vision, hearing screenings, electrocardiograms with repeat as needed, suture removal, ear lavage, urine cauterization, ear-piercing, wound care, specialty procedures and emergency response with proper clinician supervision.

Keep Director of Facilities informed of any potential problems, building damage, security issues and/or safety hazards, and in case of emergency take appropriate action. Assists housekeeping staff with routine and emergency cleaning as needed.

Completes mandatory education, including, but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvement, MSDS and OSHA standards (PPE, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Communications, Emergency Procedures and Job Safety.

The position is responsible for designing and overseeing the electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy systems, fire alarm system, low-voltage systems/coordination (IT, safety, security, access control), etc.

Work with enterprise stakeholders to continuously improve Crisis Management and Emergency Response plan development. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Emergency Management in Business Continuity, or related field required.

Performs routine “On Call” rotation and emergency restoration. Basic computer skills with preference in ACIS, WMIS/DIS, Outlook, Word, Excel, Mobile TC, Maximo, Smart Grid Reports, OMS, CIS, FMIS ProLenium and Work Tech Time.

Administer oxygen per nasal canula or a non-sealing face mask only in an emergency; immediately after the emergency, the medication aide shall verbally notify the licensed nurse on duty or on call and appropriately document the action and notification.

Provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Lead Technician/Crew Chief. Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition.

Conduct visual assessment of interior and exterior lighting systems as well as major electrical systems such as main switchboards, distribution panels, motor control centers, metering equipment, transformers, and other ancillary systems such as emergency backup power generators.

Fire/Life Safety: Fire Alarm, Mass/Emergency Communication, and Sprinkler/Suppression. Meet with the customers (for Service) to diagnose their HVAC/Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Security electronic control system malfunctions and use your expertise to maintain, repair, or (for Solutions) install new equipment; commissioning if needed.

Emergency Department: Rotating shift 1p to 1a, 6-12 hours and 1-8 hour. Required: Child Life Specialist Professional Certification or ability to obtain certification within eighteen months of hire date.

Function: The primary function of a Police Telecommunicator is to receive and prioritize Emergency 9-1-1 and non-emergency telephone calls from the public. Dispatch appropriate emergency services such as police, fire, and emergency medical services.
