You will provide Level II end-user technical support for user desktops, laptops, smartphones, and remote access as well as initial response for servers and network devices, and will work with our IT staff located in New York. You will visit the client 1 day every other week for help desk support, plus work on IT projects and be able to respond in case of IT emergencies.
