Ensure accurate records and manage DSS SC Scholarship (ABC) participants in M TS (Membership Tracking System). Additional responsibilities include : 1) E nsuring accurate membership records in our Membership Tracking System (MTS) ; 2 ) Communicate with new , existing, and departing participants and their primary caretaker ; 3) Answer questions about enrollment, connection cards, and the Parent Portal ; and 4 ) Communicat ing with DSS staff to promote awareness of eligible BE GREAT Academy locations.
