Under the direction of the Team or Clinic Manager, the Speech/Language Pathologist is responsible for direct patient care and related documentation and care of patient records. The Speech/Language Pathologist must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span; possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status; interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs; and to provide the care needed as described in the Outpatient and Speech Pathology & Audiology’s policies and procedures.
