May need to make an on-site visit as needed to determine if person needs emergency medical care or to complete follow-up Provide training to staff and people supported monthly and document it Responsible for giving injections (except insulin), provided complicated wound care, trach care, peg tube feedings, and other care as needed for people supported Take verbal orders from physicians until written orders are obtained and follow up to ensure written orders are obtained.
