We use Samsara, a very easy ELD to use. Our Northeast freight goes directly to large warehouses and industrial locations like Harrisburg, PA, Butler, PA, Hartford, CT. We don't take freight to high traffic areas since most drivers don't want to drive in those areas.

Yes. If you have a safe place to park and you get it approved with Safety, then that is fine. Most drivers see the funds in their account over the weekend or Monday/Tuesday. However, our trucks are all new with a warranty, so they don't really break down.
