The RN Executive Director in Hospice supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities for agency.

The Behavioral Health Technician conducts individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities and life- skill training and coaching for all patients. Demonstrates the ability to co-lead patient psycho-educational groups on the unit as well as provide care in a manner that is consistent with the Master Treatment Plan. Takes initiative to ensure that active treatment is occurring on the unit as scheduled and encourages all patients to participate in unit groups and programming.

They will provide excellent service to all who participate in programs/services held at the Kroc Center. They will also represent the Kroc Center at various community events, engaging with families with the goal of connecting them to the Kroc Center’s programs and services.

Gain literacy and competency of Microsoft Dynamics 360 (CRM) to pre-call plan, document sales strategy, manage all accounts sales activity. Promote and sell “All Makes” Parts and Service, beyond proprietary brands.

Mops and cleans all kitchen flooring twice daily and especially grout to keep grime free. Takes out all trash at least twice daily and breaks boxes for recycling program as needed. Performs all assembly positions for cooks on tray line.
