Position Summary The Residential Construction group is a business unit that oversees state of good repair and capital renovation and improvement projects for the University. Reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Construction, the Associate Project Manager has the primary responsibility over the Document Management Program which includes routine analog and digital recordkeeping of archiving regulatory documents, floor plans, marketing materials, design drawings and coordination with planning for the Computer Aided Faculty Management (CAFM) files for completed projects at the Morningside Campus of Columbia University.
