The Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise is tasked with overseeing a specific area within a market. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to surpass sales objectives.

Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.

Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.

Additional industry certifications, including Certified Energy Manager or LEED AP, are considered a plus. Technical capabilities must include a strong working knowledge in the application of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanical power systems, digital control systems, building codes and industry standards such as ASHRAE. Additionally, a broad familiarity with the work of other project team members, including architects and structural, electrical and civil engineers is desired to allow for effective, integrated and well-coordinated project design solutions.

This position receives a moderate level of guidance / direction, from the North Region Sourcing manager and common tactical work from the regional sourcing managers alike. This position will report to the North Region Sourcing Manager.
