The Director of Basketball Operations at UNC Asheville will assist the Head Coach in all organizational aspects of the program. Director of Women's Basketball Operations. This position requires possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to assist and administer all organizational facets of a NCAA Division I basketball team in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Athletics Department and the University including but not limited to team travel, budget management, fund raising, and community relations.
