The patrol officer, when so instructed, shall be responsible for any other duties necessary for the efficient operation and well being of the entire police department. Have the physical ability to pass a physical fitness test designed by the Peace Officers Standards and Training Board of Mississippi and administered by the Chief of Police or his designated agent, only after being deemed physically fit by a licensed medical physician of the employer's choice.
