Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Experience: Heparin, Insulin, PCA. Required Neurological/Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: CVA, Pre/Post Neuro Surgery, Spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain injury.

The Case Manager works directly with patients (ages 13 years or older) and other clinical staff members to effectively coordinate quality aftercare services in the Addiction Mental Health Center intermediate level of care and other community services.

Position Summary: The RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse (RN CM/DN) is responsible for the ongoing care of the clients that are assigned to them according to the guidelines set forth by the Developmental Disabilities Administration, Maryland Board of Nursing, and outlined in the DHCA Medication and Nursing Related Policies and Procedures manual.
