JOB PURPOSE Drivers drive, control, and maintain trucks equipped with dump body to transport and dump materials needed for assignments in a safe, efficient manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Physical Labor at underground utility construction and maintenance projects Transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or bituminous paving materials Performs daily inspection on equipment for issues and/or deficiencies Completes inspection paperwork daily and notifies the Foreman of any issues/defects When not driving, will assist crew as needed Adheres to all DOT safety requirements Performs other duties as assigned.
