Completing an initial training period on a day shift for 15 weeks will be required even if you were hired for a second shift or night shift. We operate from coil wire being brought in from our suppliers for our cold forming heading process, to our thread rolling process, the fasteners then go to our heat treatment process where it changes the molecule structure of the fasteners, then the fasteners would be going to our plating lines which are barrel sink (electro plating) or our geomat coding to prevent rust prevention.
