We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a range of construction equipment.

Preferred Qualifications: Possession of the Certification as a Biomedical Equipment Technician. Also performs complex installations, repairs, calibrations and periodic/preventive maintenance and documentation of biomedical equipment.

The Residential Services Technician maintains all building equipment in good working condition, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical; lighting and climate control systems; roofing systems; ground support equipment, and maintenance/cleaning equipment.

Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order- picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station.

Maintain and repair all equipment using the applicable skill sets: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, kitchen, HVAC, laundry, boiler, painting, locksmith and pools/ponds. Operate, maintain and repair boilers and associated equipment, including mixing, adding and analyzing boiler chemicals.

Complete preventative maintenance and standard vehicle Maintenace of fleet diesel equipment. A Fleet Technician A is responsible for the repair, maintenance and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment within the Reyes Holdings family of businesses.

Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck. We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, VMC and many more.

Working as part of a ground handling team, the Ramp Agent is responsible for various tasks related to the movement, loading, unloading, and servicing of aircraft, as well as the coordination of ground equipment and procedures.

You will perform in all facets of the ground handling operation including but not limited to aircraft fueling/defueling, baggage/cargo handling, aircraft towing, using marshalling signals for aircraft parking, providing lavatory/potable water service, and using other various ground support equipment to help support the needs of customer and their aircraft.

Operation of research equipment, note taking, data management with internal IT systems, comply with regulated seed stewardship standards, complete and/or participate in safety inspections/training and comply with all policies and standard operating procedures.

The PDR Specialist maintains trucks and equipment, cleans, pressure washes trucks and equipment, performs minor repairs and basic preventative maintenance for all manufacturers, maintains the rental yard, and demonstrates trucks and equipment.

Experience operating lawn equipment and/ or backhoe is a plus! Cut grass, maintain the lawn, trim around trees, walkways, and memorial markers, lay sod, move and remove flowers to and from the chapel and graveside.
