As a groundskeeper you will be using your Maintenace skills including general plumbing, carpentry, small appliance repair, electrical skills, and/or painting skills. Skills:Residential plumbing repair (sinks, tubs, and toilet parts and PVC, shutoff valves, stems, seats, supply lines, troubleshooting, and minor clog clearing)Residential electrical repair (wiring switches, outlets, installing fixtures, diagnosing power problems)Residential carpentry and drywall repair (stud finding, drywall installation, finish for doors and trim, hanging and repair of closet rods, types of caulks, wall patch, and repair)Painting is a plus.
