The MLS Test Lab Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lab, integrating new applications into the lab and the efficient testing of applications. This will require the MLS Test Lab Developer to understand or learn a variety of technologies including virtualization, networking, Kubernetes, SELinux, CDS and test frameworks and methodologies. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of the required technologies, experience working with internal and external stakeholders, experience working in an air-gap environment and an understanding of industry standard system testing processes. This position is not eligible for remote work. Must have an Active Secret Clearance Key Responsibilities
Design, test, and develop computer software in order to meet requirements.
Develop and maintain kernel and user-level software and scripts
Contribute to research reports, white papers, and competitive proposals Additional Responsibilities
•The development of semi-automated test processes, procedures and meaningful test reports
•The day-to-day operations and sustainment of the system(s) including security patches virus updates, and password resets
•Onboarding applications into the MLS Test Lab
•Interacting with stakeholders including users trying to use the MLS Test Lab and sponsors trying to understand the results coming from the MLS Test Lab Required Minimum Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Management, Information Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field of study.
Demonstrated ability to master new technologies
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a technical briefing
Experience leading projects or in a technical leadership role
Experience fulfilling regulatory and security requirements
Experience with one or more of the following technologies
-Kubernetes
-Virtualization (VMware)
-CDS
-Linux
-Windows Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience with the following:
