Community / Marketing Title: Remote Sales and Service Specialist Full Time. The Sales and Service Specialist is responsible for handling Omni-channel contacts such as answering phone calls, handling chats, texts, and emails, from our customers providing sales and service support.

Collaborate effectively with various parts of the organization, including core account executives, Tableau sales, Solutions Desk, Sales Productivity, Marketing, CSG Regional Leaders, Technical Support, and Offer Management.
