Must be GMP/HACCP/Food Security trained. E. Some knowledge of GMP, AIB and OSHA safety regulations as they pertain to chemical and part storage. Daily duties will include incrementing and decrementing stock levels in inventory management system (MP2), maintaining the MP2 parts system, receiving and stocking incoming parts, cycle counts on selected critical parts, ordering parts from vendors, following up and ensuring that ordered parts arrive on schedule, recording Repair and Maintenance expenditures made in the parts area, and ensuring the cleanliness of the stock room in accordance with GMP and AIB regulations.
