Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cary, NC, for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, performing legal research, reviewing documents for accuracy, and supporting case management tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized case files, drafting correspondence, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Solid understanding of Law and experience with Legal Document PreparationProficiency in Research and Document ReviewStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlinesAttention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesAssociate's or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred)Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is an asset
