We are constantly improving our systems and processes to better serve our clients-and each other.What This Role Really IsThis is a client-facing, detail-oriented legal support role that plays a key part in managing estate planning matters from start to finish.You will work closely with attorneys and clients-both in person and remotely-ensuring that client information is accurate, timelines are met, and each matter moves efficiently through our process.This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to balance administrative precision with a high level of client care.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain accurate data in the firm's CRM and drafting platformsSchedule and coordinate client meetings, including rescheduling as neededCommunicate with clients by phone and email to gather required informationTrack estate planning matters from start to completion to ensure timely progressAssist with estate plan document preparation, proofreading, and organizationTriage incoming legal team emails and determine appropriate next stepsMaintain accurate timekeeping records in the billing systemSupport document signing meetings, including notarizing or witnessing documentsManage calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups for the legal teamHandle sensitive client and financial information with confidentiality and careProvide general support to the legal and administrative teams as neededImportant Note on Role ScopeThis position operates under attorney supervision. You will support legal processes but will not provide legal advice or guidance to clients.
