Speech Language Pathologist - NEW Position for 2025-2026

This is a NEW position for the 2025-2026 and will have a manageable caseload with TOR, paraprofessional, and outside service provider support.Qualifications* A Speech-Language Pathologist must hold a valid license from the Indiana Department of Education, Division of Professional Standards, and the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.* Licensing Area(s) include, but are not limited to, Speech Pathologist, Speech and Hearing Therapist, Speech Language and Hearing Clinician, or Communication DisordersJob DescriptionProvide speech and language services through individual or group instruction and/or consultation with parents and teachers to meet the goals and objectives outlined in the Individualized Education Plan for each student.Evaluate and provide assessment of articulation, fluency, voice, language disorders and communication deficits to determine the student's eligibility for speech/language services.Attend case conference committee meetings and annual case review meetings to provide individual student information on progress and recommend goals and objectives as appropriate.Implement speech, language and hearing services through group instruction and/or consultation to meet IEP goals and objectives for each student.Consult with teachers and other school personnel to recommend classroom instructional activities for speech, language and hearing methods to meet the IEP goals and objectives for each student.Cooperate and assist with hearing screening tests for all students as set out in Indiana statute.Cooperate with outside agencies and specialists to coordinate appropriate services for students with speech, language and hearing needs which require other therapeutic and/or treatment services.Maintain communication with stakeholders.Competitive salary schedule starting at $50,000 based upon years of experience (in education, military, or relevant work history) and education level.EAPHealth Insurance - ICHRADentalVision$40k employer paid life insuranceTRF and/or 403B with employer matchPTO and access to sick bankOptional ancillary coverage and additional life insurance through Guardian
