The position requires a high level of dexterity and focus to handle small parts and provide a best-in class quality.Perform tasks following accepted industry standard procedures for product repairsResponsibilitiesPressure test: Testing all kind of watches according to specification of the different brands/models regarding the pressure resistance expectation and being able toQC fail the ones not passing the testEsthetical and functional check: Checking that our watches are in our esthetical expectations according to our standards, as example:CasesPushersDialsHandsCrystalsChecking that the functions of our watches are accurate, according to our standards, as example:On timeHands alignedChrono-functionWet testingHandling of strapsMaintain tools0h-24h test / Power reserveBeing sure the different watches are following the brand expectations on 0-24hBeing sure the watches concerned are in the specification of the brands power reserveQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GDARequired experience:Technical experience in the watch industry is preferred.Working experience with luxury brands is a plus.Technical skills / abilities:High level of dexterity and focus to handle small parts, with a strong attention to detail.Understanding of Mechanical Applications is a plus.Ability to follow instructions and efficiently provide a high level of quality.Other Skills and Attributes:Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and listening skills.Computer skills are a plus.
