Electrical Engineer We are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to design and develop the next generation of cost-effective AC/DC switching power supplies. This role will be responsible for end-to-end power supply design, from concept and schematic development through validation and production release, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and manufacturability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AC/DC switching power supplies from concept to production, including schematic design, component selection, and circuit optimizationApply strong theoretical knowledge of power electronics and electrical engineering principles to achieve high efficiency, reliability, and cost targetsPerform design analysis, simulation, and verification to validate electrical performanceSupport Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) to ensure smooth transition to mass productionTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development, validation, and production stagesCollaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure overall product successPrepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, and technical specificationsSupport engineering change orders (ECOs) and continuous product improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2+ years of hands-on electrical design experience in power suppliesProven experience designing AC/DC switching power suppliesStrong theoretical foundation in power electronics and electrical conceptsKnowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principlesAbility to analyze, debug, and resolve complex electrical issuesSoft Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamClear communication skills for technical documentation and collaborationDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and reliabilityBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
