Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nCath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech/n/nJob Details:/n• Work primarily day shifts with some late night (evening) hours and on-call requirements/n• 10-hour shifts in full-time positions/n• Function in multiple roles of the procedure team including scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor/n• Prepare procedure rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures/n• Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for cardiac procedures/n• Anticipate equipment required during procedures and operate specialized equipment/n• Maintain sterile instruments throughout procedures/n• Experience required in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever/n• Mechanical Circulatory Support experience required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo/n• Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty/n• Must have 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience/n• Must be a Radiologic Technologist (RCIS) or meet NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824/n• Critical care or Cardiac experience required/n• Required certifications: RCIS through CCI or ARRT (ARRT preferred), BLS, ACLS/n• Strong organizational skills essential/n/nFacility:/nThis major academic medical center operates a comprehensive cardiovascular program featuring advanced cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories.
