Employment Attorney - Plaintiff Side

Job Description What you will be doing: Manage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolutionDevelop and execute legal strategies for optimal client outcomesHandle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationRepresent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedingsProvide strong client communication and case guidance throughout the litigation processExperience you will need: Minimum 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experienceProven experience handling cases involving: PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act), FEHA (Fair Employment and Housing Act), Wage & Hour disputes, Workplace discrimination, Harassment claims, Wrongful terminationStrong understanding of the full litigation lifecycleAbility to manage cases independently with minimal supervisionExcellent advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skillsTrack record of delivering favorable outcomes for clients
