Application Field Specialist (IVD Diagnostics) Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) – Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 remote) Medical Technologist ready to move into the business side of diagnostics? This is a high-impact role with a growing international IVD company — and this hire will be developed to become the future leader of the Application Specialist team as the U.S. organization scales. What You'll Do: Serve as the technical SME for IVD instruments & reagents (pre- and post-sales) Lead installations, validations, and workflow optimization Partner with sales on demos, presentations, and customer workshops Act as liaison between U.S. customers and global HQ/R&D 20% travel including some international (Europe HQ) What We're Looking For: BS in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field 3+ years in IVD, diagnostics, or medical devices Strong troubleshooting skills + confident presenting to clinical audiences Med Techs seeking a commercial path strongly encouraged Why Join: 3 weeks of formal training Clear leadership track into management If you've mastered the bench and want to step into influence, visibility, and leadership — let's talk.
