Hematology Lab SupervisorMLee Healthcare is looking for a Hematology Lab Supervisor to oversee a team of technologists at a well-established hospital in the Atlanta, Ga area. Supervising the day to day performance of work in Hematology, in addition to performing regular duties such as tests and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Resolution of technical problems in accordance with policies and procedures established by the laboratory director or technical supervisorEnsuring that remedial actions are taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specificationsCoordinate laboratory education activities, and assists with laboratory safety and quality programRequirements:Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology3 years of Supervisory or Leadership ExperienceExpertise in High Complexity TestingASCP or AMT Certified
