With more than 60 years of operational excellence, the company has earned a strong global reputation as a trusted leader in its space, serving diverse industrial markets across North America and Southeast Asia while maintaining a lean, high-performing and continuously improving organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvementServe as ISO 9001 Management rep and lead internal and external audit activitiesLead the Material Review Board process, including disposition decisions for non-conforming materialsManage and develop a small but high-impact quality team, including Quality Engineers, a Quality Supervisor, and inspection staffDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to eliminate recurring quality issuesPartner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturability and consistencyLead supplier quality initiatives, working cross-functionally with procurement and global suppliers to improve performance and reduce defectsOversee customer complaint investigations and ensure timely, structured resolution of quality issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, inspection, and quality systems using structured tools (SPC, PFMEA, DOE, etc.)Provide quality leadership support to international manufacturing operations to ensure global alignment of standards and practicesMonitor key quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce scrap, and strengthen process capabilityQualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience managing/mentoring quality teamsExperience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including acting as Management RepresentativeBackground in mechanical, industrial manufacturing, machining, or similar high-volume production environmentsStrong supplier quality experience with demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements across global supply chainsExperience working in multi-site or globally distributed manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with quality systems and analytical tools such as ERP platforms
