Quality Supervisor

Drive continuous improvement.At Spiros Industries Inc., we’ve spent more than 30 years manufacturing custom springs and wire forms for customers who rely on precision and consistency. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Quality Supervisor to help lead daily quality operations, support production teams, and strengthen our quality systems across the organization.________________________________________What You’ll Do• Supervise daily quality activities to support production and ensure product conformity. • Assist with product inspections and provide quality support when needed. • Perform internal audits and participate in supplier audits. • Develop, review, and maintain work instructions, procedures, and quality documentation. • Perform and oversee calibration activities for in-house measurement equipment. • Create and submit PPAP documentation, including IMDS requirements, based on customer specifications. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Train and support employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices • Monitor quality metrics and help identify opportunities for process improvement. ________________________________________Required Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and ability to work across departments. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide team members. • Strong organizational and follow-through skills ________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Associate degree (or seeking a degree) in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF standards • Experience with audits, PPAPs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Proficiency using measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and vision systems. ________________________________________Why Join Spiros Industries?• Established and stable company with over 30 years in the industry • Collaborative team environment where your input matters • Opportunity to make a direct impact on quality and manufacturing processes. • On-the-job and classroom training opportunities • Career growth and development potential • Monthly performance bonus tied to company results. ________________________________________Schedule1st Shift• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM • Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Flexible scheduling is available. ________________________________________Compensation & Benefits• Tuition reimbursement • Health cost reimbursement program • Employer HSA contributions • 401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%. • Supplemental insurance options • Monthly performance bonus ________________________________________Physical Requirements• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods. ________________________________________If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, improving processes, and helping teams succeed in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
