Hardware & Deployment Operations Lead
We’re hiring a Hardware & Deployment Operations Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our hardware fleet — from staging and deployment through refurbishment, inventory management, and vendor coordination.You’ll be the operational backbone of the hardware function, ensuring that every scanner we deploy goes out on time, is configured correctly, and is tracked accurately. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations while also building the systems, SOPs, and team structure needed to scale.As we move toward 700+ scanner deployments annually, the infrastructure and processes you build will be key to supporting our growth.This role is on-site in our Portsmouth, NH office.What You’ll OwnHardware Deployments & RefurbishmentStage, configure, and quality-check intraoral scanners and associated laptops prior to deploymentCoordinate with IT partners to ensure secure and compliant device configurations via Microsoft InTuneManage outbound logistics, including shipping coordination and label generationCommunicate deployment timelines clearly with Customer Success and internal stakeholdersOversee hardware returns, refurbishment, and redeployment for churned accountsMaintain hardware condition standards, including reboxing and asset documentationInventory & FulfillmentMaintain inventory levels for scanners, scan bodies, and accessories to support the sales pipelineProcess ad hoc hardware and accessory requests with speed and accuracyTrack asset movement and inventory records within SalesforceOperations & Process ImprovementIdentify and implement workflow improvements across the hardware functionBuild and maintain SOPs to support scalable operations and team consistencyCoordinate with vendors, including 3Shape, Straumann, and iMetric, on hardware support and account configurationSupport Salesforce data integrity initiatives related to hardware assets and billing workflowTeam LeadershipMentor and develop members of the hardware operations teamSet daily and weekly priorities while creating a high-accountability cultureSupport hiring and onboarding as the operations team expandsWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in hardware operations, IT deployment, logistics, or related operational rolesHands-on experience staging and configuring laptops and peripheral devicesFamiliarity with MDM tools such as Microsoft InTune is preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, requests, and competing priorities simultaneouslyAble to prioritize across time-sensitive demands and proactively communicate when timelines shiftProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvementComfortable operating in a high-growth, early-stage environment where systems are still being builtComfortable leading a small team while remaining highly hands-on operationallyExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferredMust be willing to work on-site in Portsmouth, NH - this is a physical role involving hardware staging, packaging, and occasional local logistics runsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryBonus up to 20%Equity: Stock options as an early team member401k MatchHealth BenefitsGenerous PTOWhy IncisiveEarly-stage company with strong traction and clear product-market fitOpportunity to build and scale a critical operational function· High-ownership role with direct impact on company growthWork alongside experienced operators in dental and healthcare
