Every hire we make right now plays a role in that growth.We are:100% cash-based (no insurance, no referrals, no shortcuts)Focused on high-value, 1:1 careBuilt on clinical excellence and real outcomesEvery person you speak with is making a decision to invest in their health.That decision starts with you.About This RoleThis is a client acquisition role focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into booked and attended Discovery Visits.But more importantly…You are responsible for helping people make decisions they’ve been avoiding.That means:Navigating hesitationReframing cost concernsBuilding trust quicklyGuiding hesitant people to clarityLeading the conversation - not reacting to itIf you are only comfortable booking people who are already sold, this is not the role for you.What You’ll Be Responsible For80–100 strategic outbound touchpoints per day (call, text, email, video)Executing structured follow-up until a clear decision is madeConverting new and older leads into booked Discovery VisitsHandling objections around cost, time, skepticism, and past failed careSetting strong expectations to protect show ratesConfirming and reinforcing commitment prior to visitsTracking performance and improving conversion ratesMaintaining clean, accurate CRM documentationParticipating in weekly sales coaching and call reviewsThis is a metrics-driven role.
