Maintenance Technician IIII (M-F 11PM to 7AM)
Hours: Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7AM! 10% Shift Differential for working nights.
Technician IIII: Starting at $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience
Core Responsibilities
Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads.
Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators.
Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM).
Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed
Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
Qualifications
Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Proven experience in working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor
Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
* Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus
* Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus
* Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and
proven ability to work cross-functionally
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
* Strong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projects
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of
audiences
* Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7
manufacturing environment
Education Requirements
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Advanced education and/or related-certification(s), a plus
Certifications & Licenses:
Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech"s Training
Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course
Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
