Maintenance Technician

Job Description Responsibilities:Performs scheduled preventative maintenance repairs of production equipment.Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during assigned production shift.Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.Repairs and re-builds a variety of production and processing equipment.Performs machine maintenance duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and blue prints to perform required maintenance and service.Comply with all OSHA Safety and Health rules and wears personal protective equipment at all times as required.Qualifications:Must have machine or equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge and experience with applicable mechanical and production equipment and systems.Understands basic mathematical concepts, applying them to mechanical maintenance and set up tasks. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting automated equipment.
