We cater hundreds of weddings per year, and we're looking for experienced, leadership-driven individuals to captain our events.What you'll do Lead and supervise catering staff during events. Coordinate with wedding planners, venue staff, and clients on setup and service. Ensure high-quality food and beverage delivery from start to finish. Train and coach team members. Manage event logistics, problem-solve on the fly, and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the night.
