Lead Installer

Position SummaryThe Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing on-site installations of temporary structures, including tents, staging, flooring, and event infrastructure. This role leads a crew, ensures job site safety, and delivers quality results on time and to spec.‍Core ResponsibilitiesLead installation crews on job sites across Southern California and beyondRead and interpret layout plans, build specs, and job scopesEnsure proper setup, anchoring, and safety of all structuresMaintain strong communication with project managers and site contactsDelegate tasks, train team members, and monitor productivityConduct quality control checks and resolve issues on-site in real-timeMaintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment‍RequirementsFull-time availability with flexible scheduling, including weekendsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAble to travel to different job sitesMust be able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedlyForklift and/or equipment experience preferred‍Qualifications & Experience3+ years in event installation, construction, or riggingExperience leading crews and managing job site logisticsStrong communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of OSHA safety standardsAbility to problem-solve and adapt quickly on-site‍
