Buffalo Trace has been awarded seven distillery titles since 2000 and has also garnered more than 150 awards for its premium whiskies. www.buffalotrace.comJob Description/ResponsibilitiesThe RoleThis is a hands-on coordination role at the center of our Craft Bottling operation — and a stepping stone to supervision. You'll own the label and medallion preparation process for our Blanton's and Barrel Select lines, keeping production running smoothly by staying ahead of inventory needs, managing schedules, and supporting a small team of temporary employees.Day To Day, You Can Expect ToTrack upcoming production needs and manage component inventoriesPrepare labels and medallions in accordance with production schedulesPrint labels and medallions, and troubleshoot printing equipmentCoordinate with the Barrel Select team and brand managers on customer-specific medallionsHandle logistics for shipments to other sites and work closely with the distribution centerCreate sample boxes for customersMaintain accurate tracking spreadsheetsProvide immediate support to the production line as neededCollaborate across all levels of the organizationCore hours are 2nd shift, with overtime and occasional 1st or 3rd shift coverage required based on production demands.Qualifications/RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid planning, organizational, and analytical abilitiesComfort with numbers and basic mathematical applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)A proactive, problem-solving mindsetManufacturing experience is a plusAPICS or Six Sigma certification is a bonus
