Effectively communicate standards and progress with parents regularlyMaintain productive relationships with parents and other staff membersMaintain records of students' educational progress in the Genesis system and summarize as appropriateIdentify pupil needs and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and resolving learning problemsEstablish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a classroom climate conducive to learningPlan class activities and lesson presentations that are age-appropriate for the class and meet the individual needs, interests and ability levels of all studentsMaintain professional competence and pursue continuous improvement through in-service education and other professional growth activitiesParticipate in school-level planning, faculty meetings/committees, and other school system groupsMake effective use of community resources to enhance the instructional programUphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and board policyPerform other duties within the scope of employment and certification as may be assigned by district administrationCompensation: As per HEA ContractMandatory Orientation: Last Week of August
