Job Description: Responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both consumer and B2B audiences for your clientsUse data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to optimize and improve program performance and help retain and grow our client partnershipsLead with a consumer-first mindset, building marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty across the full customer life cycleTranslate business goals into clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with real peopleAct as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for accounts - turning business objectives into effective marketing strategies, creative direction, and campaign briefs that drive resultsConfidently bring go-to-market strategies to life, using proven tools and frameworks while adapting approaches to meet unique audience needsDevelop and execute data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies that connect digital, retail, and partner experiences into a seamless customer journeyUse insights, testing, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, improving conversion, engagement, and lifetime valueEnsure every touchpoint meets a high bar for quality, compliance, and brand integrity, with clarity and consistencyRequirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related fieldA minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analyticsA minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and executionDirect experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaign in the Retail-OEM industry10+ years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics (helpful)4+ years' product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support (helpful)Proven experience in customer, client and market researchExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityBenefits: Flexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunities
