Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
Job Description: Own Integrated Marketing Strategy for Tentpoles: Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for key sports seasons and tentpole moments (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB)
Drive End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Oversee campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels
Lead Go-to-Market Planning: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Promotions and other channel marketing teams
Set Campaign Direction & Briefing Standards: Establish clear campaign frameworks and messaging direction
Ensure Cross-Channel Alignment: Act as the central strategic connector across Marketing functions
Own Performance & Optimization Strategy: Define success metrics to evaluate campaign performance
Elevate Execution & Team Output: Provide direction, feedback, and prioritization support to junior team members
Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to campaign planning and workflow management
Requirements: 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related roles (consumer, sports, gaming, or tech preferred)
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns at scale
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals to marketing plans and execution
Proven ability to collaborate across various internal teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, and CRM.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to inform strategy and optimization
Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
