AI-Driven GTM Engineer

Formic is hiring a GTM Engineer to be the technical backbone of our marketing stack. You will own the GTM tech, deploy AI-powered outbound systems, and enable measurement across channels. You'll partner with Marketing and Sales to scale qualified leads and build scalable dashboards. You will work hands-on on a growing, high-impact team, shaping campaigns from concept to execution using Apollo, Instantly, Claude and OpenAI.
