Job SummaryThe Tanner Dance Arts in Education program is looking for a talented, experienced dance instructor to teach and inspire dancers ages 5 years to 18 years. Responsibilities include lesson planning and teaching creative dance classes.ResponsibilitiesPlan lessons and teach creative dance classes to students ages 5 to 18 years old.Participate in occasional meetings with other teachers and program director to guide the program.PreferencesExperience teaching dance for students ages 5 yr‐12 yr. with focus on modern dance.BFA in Modern Dance preferred.CompensationPay Rate Range: $9.62 to $27.35 per hour.BenefitsEligible new hires with prior URS service may elect to enroll in the Utah Retirement Systems.
