Classroom instructors will work directly with high school students (ages 14-18) helping them to discover the entrepreneurial mindset, how to turn your ideas into action, and what it takes to launch a business.Our 2-week summer residential program runs from June 15th-June 26th, 2026.This is an in-person position. Applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis.The selected candidates must be able to attend a paid week of staff training prior to the program start date and work from June 15th-June 26th, Monday-Fridays.ResponsibilitiesInstructors will be responsible for:Teaching the ENTP 1010 curriculumAssisting with classroom management including the direction, supervision, and organization of studentsFacilitating activities, workshops, and assignments that are part of the curriculumWork with Youth Education and Lassonde staff to ensure program qualityRecognize and respond to teachable moments in the groupEncourage students to participate in activities by demonstrating excitement and enthusiasm appropriatelyCreating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for all studentsOther duties may be assignedMinimum Qualifications PreferencesAt least 18 years oldPrior experience working with high schoolers in a classroom environmentPrior experience working in the field of EntrepreneurshipSelf-directed, punctual, and highly organizedAvailable consistently throughout the scheduled program weeksThe requirements listed in our job description are guidelines, not hard and fast rules.
