Candidate will be the Resource Manager responsible for all Non Nuclear and Nuclear pipefitting trades at QP. Responsibilities will include facility manpower planning and hiring that support contract and schedule requirements. The individual selected will be responsible for proper trade resource placement throughout the facility as well as training and core competency requirements. Candidate will support and execute Principles of Operational Excellence - People, Product, Process, Performance and Plant/Equipment.Candidate must have a proven track record in the areas of safety, quality, cost, schedule, process improvement and communications. Must have effective problem solving skills. Individual selected will be responsible for project management, controlling overhead and direct budgets/EAC and managing daily operations.Candidate must be able to promote a positive team environment and be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
