These products enable the production of microchips that power technologies such as artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and data infrastructure.Job DescriptionManufacturing & Operations LeadershipOversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.Execute production plans and reprioritize work to address equipment, material, or staffing constraints.Identify operational risks, troubleshoot process issues, and drive fast, effective resolution.Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, batch records, and documentation requirements.People Management & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and front-line operators.Reinforce accountability, performance standards, and engagement across the production team.Support onboarding, training, qualification, and ongoing skills development.Address attendance, performance, and conduct issues in partnership with Human Resources.Foster a culture centered on safety, quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.Safety, Quality & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with GMP, EHS, and internal quality systems.Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.Promote proactive safety behaviors and risk awareness throughout manufacturing operations.Participate in formal change management processes, including Management of Change (MOC) and engineering changes.Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering and Maintenance to improve process reliability, throughput, and uptime.Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate production performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to site leadership.Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and operational planning discussions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical or engineering discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.7-10 years of manufacturing experience, including:5-7 years in a production supervision role or1-3 years of direct people-management experience in manufacturing or operations.Demonstrated readiness for manager-level accountability, including independent decision-making and prioritization.Experience working in regulated environments such as chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or GMP-controlled operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead front-line teams and collaborate cross-functionally.What's on OfferSalary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 + Annual Bonues Heatlh Insurance401k (Company Match)PTO AvailableContactMarios PeripanosQuote job refJN-052026-7008557
