We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Patient Care Assistant to support our growth through community outreach, school visits, and patient follow-up.⸻Position OverviewThis part-time role focuses on community outreach, school and doctor office visits, patient follow-up, and light marketing support. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and representing the practice in a professional and friendly manner.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity, Doctor & School Outreach • Visit local dental, pediatric, medical offices, and schools • Build relationships with school administrators, counselors, and PTA representatives • Identify and research school and community events (career days, health fairs, school festivals, PTA events) • Coordinate outreach opportunities and sponsorships with the office team • Deliver brochures, flyers, and promotional materials • Maintain a log of visits, contacts, and outcomesPatient Follow-Up • Call and text patients who attended consultations but did not start treatment • Follow up with new patient inquiries and leads • Assist with reactivation of no-shows and pending consultations • Document all follow-up activities clearly and accuratelyAdministrative & Marketing Support • Prepare new patient kits and outreach materials • Assist with light inventory and promotional supplies • Take basic photos or videos for social media content (as needed) • Support office events, promotions, and marketing campaigns⸻Schedule • 2–3 days per week • Half-day shifts (approximately 4 hours per shift) • Some hours dedicated to outreach visits outside the office⸻Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred • Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) • Comfortable visiting schools and professional offices in person • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Basic computer and documentation skills • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, or marketing is a plus⸻What We Offer • Flexible part-time schedule • Supportive and friendly work environment • Opportunity to grow with an established orthodontic practice • Hands-on experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, and patient care⸻How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a short message explaining why you would be a good fit for this role.
