Job Description & RequirementsUrology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00 This facility is seeking a Urology for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: Call onlyPractice Setting: InpatientTypes of Cases: Urology casesCredentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privilegesElectronic Medical Records (EMR): EpicCertifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Licensure Required: Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)Facility LocationThe Hippest Town in the West, Washington States popular capital offers an eclectic art scene, people-friendly communities and infinite recreational opportunities.
