This individual will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of a highly impactful organization focused on nutrition, education, and community development initiatives in the Philippines.Core ResponsibilitiesCultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with major donors and corporate sponsorsIdentify and develop new donor opportunities and strategic funding partnershipsPartner closely with executive leadership and board members on fundraising initiativesReactivate and strengthen engagement with lapsed donorsHelp develop and implement a long-term donor communication and stewardship strategyManage and maintain donor databases and reporting processesSupport grant identification and proposal effortsParticipate in strategic planning related to organizational growth and funding sustainabilityRepresent the organization professionally with donors, community leaders, and prospective supportersTravel periodically, including annual travel opportunities to the Philippines to experience programs firsthandKey Qualifications5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor development, business development, or strategic relationship managementProven ability to cultivate and grow major donor relationshipsExperience developing and implementing fundraising strategies and donor engagement initiativesStrong executive presence with the confidence and communication skills to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate partnersBackground in nonprofit fundraising, consultative sales, business development, or donor relations strongly preferredExperience with grant writing and grant proposal development is highly valuedDemonstrated ability to think strategically while also executing tacticallyHighly organized with strong database management and donor tracking capabilitiesSelf-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPassion for humanitarian work, international impact initiatives, or mission-driven organizationsPersonal connection to the Philippines or familiarity with Filipino communities/culture is a strong plusBachelor’s degree preferredAdditional HighlightsFully remote opportunity with flexibility and autonomyHigh visibility role working directly with executive leadership and board membersOpportunity to help scale an organization with measurable international impactCompetitive compensation structure with performance-based incentive opportunityPrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
