Reporting & Senior Management Presentations:Produce periodic reports relating to commercial performance, noteworthy deals, platform profitability, budget ambitions, risk, markets, business opportunities, etc.Enhance and develop KPI reporting capacities by leveraging new technologies (ex: Power BI) and by collaborating with teams from all divisions, including coverage, products, head of countries, finance, risk, strategy, etc.Provide presentations to Senior Management for committees, regulators, clients, and as on-demand requestsMaster the structure of Crédit Agricole CIB's various data sources in order to showcase features of performance and become a point-person for reporting teams from other groups2. Strategy & Project ManagementAssist in formulating presentations to help decision-making for Senior Management, in terms of business development, countries strategies, medium term plan, etc.Work with various stakeholders in the organization to reach business development and optimization goals through deep analysis, business reviews, market intelligence, KPI's tracking, change management, etc.Support in the execution of CEO-sponsored projects: analysis, definition, alignment and implementation3.
