Bilingual Sales ManagerLocation: Nashville, TN (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote)iQor is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to join our growing team at our Nashville, TN headquarters. The Sales Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the performance and growth of a diverse sales team, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and relationship management. You’ll own revenue goals, build effective sales strategies, ensure optimal client engagement, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team LeadershipLead, coach, and inspire inside sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.Set clear team and individual goals, aligning them with business objectives.Foster an environment of continuous learning, engagement, and high performance.Operational ExcellenceDevelop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies, pipeline management, and lead generation processes.Create and utilize operational systems to monitor goals, progress, quality, and risks.Oversee team productivity, effectiveness, and staffing optimization.Client & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships and serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders.Ensure team alignment to client expectations and program priorities.Prepare and conduct business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, quality, operations, and training teams to optimize outcomes.Data-Driven Decision MakingRegularly analyze sales, pipeline, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Apply data analysis to evaluate efficiency, forecast performance, and recommend process enhancements.Report on forecasting, trends, blockers, and opportunities.Process & Program EnhancementShare and implement best practices to maximize team performance and minimize inter-team variance.Identify and drive strategic initiatives to grow and adapt programs to market conditions and client needs.Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and performanceQualificationsFluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.3+ years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing diverse inside sales teams.Experience in outsourced sales, BPO, SaaS, IT services, or system integrations is preferred.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and optimizing team performance in fast-paced environments.Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and enable team leaders and individual contributors.Experience managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and sales enablement tools.Strong sales aptitude, solutions orientation, and customer focus.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Highly collaborative, adaptable, decisive, and professional.Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements.High confidence and ability to quickly build trust and coach direct reports.Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.Why iQor?Thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented work environment with continuous training and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Flexible work environmentLocation: On-site at iQor HQ in Nashville, TN.Unlimited PTO plan, nine company holidays, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.401(k) to support your financial future.Learning and career growth opportunities in a dynamic industry.Bring your (well-behaved) pet to the office and enjoy a collaborative, welcoming atmosphere.About iQoriQor drives growth for businesses by offering comprehensive sales and marketing solutions tailored to revenue generation.Equal Opportunity EmployeriQor values diversity and inclusivity.
